HISTORY: PERSONAL HISTORY OF BREAST CANCER, 2ND COVID19 VACCINE DONE ON 4/8/21 IN RIGHT ARM
TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar images of the breasts were obtain at 1.5 Tesla on a dedicated bilateral breast coil prior to and following administration of 10 mL of Dotarem intravenous contrast. Computer-aided detection was used for image analysis. During this public health emergency, we are using enhanced sterilization processes, social distancing measures and PPE for your protection.
COMPARISON: Breast MRI done on June 21, 2019. Mammography done on May 28, 2021.
FINDINGS:
The breasts have a distribution of fibroglandular tissue consistent with the heterogeneously dense pattern shown on mammography. There is mild normal background breast parenchymal contrast enhancement.
Compared to the prior MRI, the patient has undergone a left-sided lumpectomy. There is no residual suspicious enhancement in the left breast. There are surgical clips in the upper inner quadrant of the left breast and axilla. The skin thickening left breast skin thickening is consistent with post radiation change.
There is no change in the 1.4 cm very well-circumscribed benign nodule in the lower outer quadrant of the right breast; this lesion is unchanged and can be considered benign. It again shows benign persistent enhancement pattern on contrast kinetics.
There are no new suspicious enhancing lesions in either breast. No adenopathy.
There is a 9.3 cm cyst in the right lobe of the liver. As a 5.1 cm cyst at the upper pole of the right kidney.
IMPRESSION: Benign finding.
ACR BIRADS: #2 Benign finding.
