My MRI Report

Greater Waterbury Imaging Center is proud to announce that we have partnered with Waterbury Hospital to provide our patients with an online health management tool which allows access to MRI imaging results.

Patients can now access their health records from Greater Waterbury Imaging Center, Waterbury Hospital and the Greater Waterbury Health Network, all on the same website. This allows for convenient, easy access, using one user name and password.

Patients can sign up in person at the time of their exam or drop in anytime to request to sign up.

Sign up is quick and easy ~ all you need is to provide a copy of your driver’s license and an email address. You will be given a verification code, and an email will be sent to you. The email will be valid for 90 days, during that time you will need to go into the email and follow the instructions to activate your account.

The MRI reports become available 4 days after the MRI exam is performed.

All previous MRI reports, dating back to 2002, will automatically become available as well.

Note: if you have already signed up at one of the other Greater Waterbury Health Network affiliates, or the Waterbury Hospital, you will not need to sign up again ~ just use the current user name and password that you signed up with, and your MRI reports will automatically be available to you.

How to sign up to have access to your MRI reports:

  1. For your protection, you must sign up at our center.  Please bring a photo ID and email address with you.
  2. Once enrolled, log into your email account to look for the invitation to sign up.  Access the link where it says ‘Click Here’. Enter the required date of birth and security information you provided at sign up.
  3. Create a user name and password.  You must use these each time you log into the portal.
  4. If there is no invitation in your email, please check your junk or spam folders.  If you still do not receive the invitation, or are having difficulties, please contact Cerner Technical Support and they are available 24/7 at 1-877-621-8014.
