MR RIGHT WRIST:
HISTORY: UNSPECIFIED FRACTURE OF NAVICULAR SCAPHOID BONE, RIGHT WRIST, DISPLACED FRACTURE OF TRIQUETRUM BONE
COMPARISON: X-ray right wrist 06/07/2022
TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar images of the right wrist were obtained at 1.5 Tesla without IV contrast. During this public health emergency, we are using enhanced sterilization processes, social distancing measures and PPE for your protection.
FINDINGS:
BONES: The scaphoid and lunate bones are intact. There is bone marrow edema throughout the navicular bone, with a small cortical defect along the ulnar cortex and an apparent adjacent avulsion fracture fragment. No additional areas of bone marrow 
edema are seen. No subluxation. The distal radius and ulna are intact.
MUSCLES AND TENDONS: There is normal signal in the visualized muscles and tendons. The flexor retinaculum is intact.
LIGAMENTS: No evidence of ligament rupture is seen. The triangular fibrocartilage complex is intact.
SOFT TISSUES: There is normal signal in the visualized soft tissues. No mass or abnormal fluid collection is seen.
IMPRESSION: Findings consistent with avulsion fracture of the triquetrum along the ulnar cortex, with diffuse triquetral bone marrow edema. The scaphoid bone is intact and is normal in signal. No subluxation. No evidence of ligamentous or tendon tear.
