Welcome to the Greater Waterbury Imaging Center’s online payment system. By making a
payment through this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
- Purpose
This online payment system allows patients to pay for MRI and other imaging services provided
by Greater Waterbury Imaging Center. - Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor that meets
PCI-DSS compliance standards.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Once a payment is successfully submitted, you will
receive a confirmation or receipt by email. - Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for:- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors or overcharges
- To request a refund, please contact our billing department within 30 days of your payment date
at: scastelli@insighthealth.com
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Security
Your payment data is encrypted using SSL technology and processed directly through Stripe.
Greater Waterbury Imaging Center does not store or retain full credit card details on its servers. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greater Waterbury Imaging Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this payment page or payment processing errors beyond our reasonable control. - Contact Information
