HISTORY: Family history of breast cancer
TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar images of the breasts were obtained at 1.5 Tesla on a dedicated breast coil prior to and following administration of 10 mL of Dotarem intravenous contrast.
COMPARISON: Mammogram and ultrasound 8/31/2026
FINDINGS:
The breasts are composed of heterogeneous tissue. There is a background of mild parenchymal enhancement.
There are multiple small scattered benign cysts in both breasts. The largest cyst is seen in the retroareolar region of the left breast measuring 1.4 cm. No suspicious enhancing lesion is seen within either breast. No abnormal nipple enhancement or retraction. There are no enlarged lymph nodes.
This study was evaluated using a computer-aided detection software program.
IMPRESSION: No MRI evidence of malignancy.
ACR BIRADS: #2: Benign finding.
