HISTORY: GENETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY TO MALIGNANT NEOPLASM OF THE BREAST

COMPARISON: 8/8/2017

TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar images of the breasts were obtained at 1.5 Tesla on a dedicated breast coil prior to and following administration of 10 ml. of Gadavist intravenous contrast.

FINDINGS: There are scattered fibroglandular densities in both breasts. After contrast administration, there is only a minimal background pattern of breast parenchymal enhancement. There are some scattered tiny punctate foci of contrast enhancement in both breasts, without significant progression from he previous exam. A tiny 3 mm focus of enhancement centrally in the right breast appears to be associated with a small area of fibroglandular change. No suspiciously enhancing lesion in either breast. No axillary lymphadenopathy.

This study was evaluated using a computer aided detection software program.

IMPRESSION: No change. No suspicious lesion in either breast.

ACR BIRADS: #2: Benign finding.
