MR BILATERAL BREASTS WITH AND WITHOUT IV CONTRAST: HISTORY: FAMILY HISTORY OF MALIGNANT NEOPLASM OF BREAST

TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar images of the breasts were obtained at 1.5 Tesla on a dedicated breast coil prior to and following administration of 20 mL ofDotarem intravenous contrast. During this public health emergency, we are using enhanced sterilization processes, social distancing measures and PPE for your protection.

COMPARISON: 12/16/2021 mammogram, 8/3/2021 MRI

FINDINGS:

There are scattered fibroglandular densities bilaterally. After contrast administration, there is only a minimal background pattern of breast parenchymal enhancement. No suspiciously enhancing lesion is present in either breast. No axillary adenopathy.

This study was evaluated using a computer aided detection software program.

IMPRESSION: No suspicious findings in either breast.

ACR BIRADS: #I: Negative examination.
